The international music/movies teen sensation is turning 19 years old today and she has managed to accomplish quite a bit in the past year. She released 2 new albums, A Year Without Rain which went gold after selling 644,428 copies so far and her newest one “When the sun Goes Down” which includes her platinum (soon to be ×2 platinum) hit single “Who Says“. She also had a new movie out (Monte Carlo) and wrapped up the last season of her show Wizards of Waverly Place.
